We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing sales team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling in both inside and outside sales.Â
- Strong understanding of tech or healthcare, and the ability to effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products/services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, cold calling, cold emailing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and track sales activities. Knowledge of Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Definitive Healthcare are a plus.Â
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
- Experience selling into Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or any Senior Care is a plus.Â
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential Nursing Facilities (New Clients) through effective lead generation and prospecting strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, Product Users, and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, showcasing how they can provide value and solve specific business problems.
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our offerings, addressing client concerns and objections in a consultative manner.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, consistently delivering exceptional sales results.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for strategic sales approaches.
