About this role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced storyteller who will work with internal stakeholders to create content that attracts, educates, converts, and engages our users and prospects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent written communicator, experienced with SEO, research, and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven record of creating engaging, informative, and effective short form (social media) and long form content (white papers, blog posts, guides)
  • Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders on initiatives
  • Ability to work in a project-based environment, organize your tasks, and get them done in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales, onboarding, and client success teams to create compelling content that informs and engages users at every step of their journey to using ESHYFT
  • Create short form and long form content that engages and informs teams
  • Build reporting that shows success of content initiatives and their role in converting users
  • Support marketing team with ongoing activities

Must have

  • Experience creating engaging content on email marketing platform (Mailchimp preferred)
  • Experience work with a CRM and using user behavior to guide content creation
  • Using user behavior to guide content creation and optimization
  • Proven record of creating content that converts
  • SEO:
    • research to identify opportunities and trends
    • technical best practices for content discoverability
  • Social media:
    • Creating, publishing, and boosting content across multiple channels

Nice to have

  • Experience in long term care industry
  • Salesforce experience
